LET US GROW OLD FABULOUSLY!

Alhamdulillah n Tq Allah! I am already 39 years old. Let us grow old fabulously. Just to share Janet Maccaro’s view on Aging (source of book: Natural Health Remedies)
Definition:

WHY YOU NEED TO DETOX? AND TIPS DURING DETOXIFICATION...

Detoxification

Detoxification is a way to clean our bodies and rid them of toxins and debris accumulated over the years. Just like our car engine, filter, hoses, and so on, our bodies and our  “filter” – the liver – need cleansing.  

How do you know if you need to detoxify? The following indicators are common in people who are in need of detoxification.

Tips during detoxification

Brush all parts of the body away from the heart. Then follow with a sesame massage oil. Massaging with sesame oil brings relief. Massage the whole body for five minutes before bathing or showering.
